Requirements:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development (Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing modules).
- Proficient in Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Power Apps.
- Hands-on experience with .NET/C# plugins and JavaScript customizations.
- Working knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).
- Understanding of data modeling and migration techniques.
- Familiar with ALM practices in Dynamics 365 environments.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in diverse, international teams
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365.
- Experience with DevOps and continuous deployment.
- Exposure to CRM analytics and customer journey orchestration.

Together, we are building the future of enterprise applications and are currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our growing team at Spyrosoft.
As a CRM Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and enhancing scalable CRM solutions that support complex business processes. You’ll work in collaboration with solution architects, functional consultants, and international cross-functional teams to help drive digital transformation.

Main responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions with a focus on Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
- Design and implement business logic using plugins, Power Automate flows, and custom workflows.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and other Microsoft services.
- Participate in data migration, validation, and system testing.
- Work closely with solution architects to align with design, security, and performance standards.
- Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using DevOps pipelines and tools.
