About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PIM Data Steward to join our Product Information Management (PIM) Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enriching product data, supporting data governance efforts, and collaborating with internal business partners to ensure the highest quality of customer’s product information across digital platforms.

You will play a vital part in both day-to-day operations and strategic projects, helping improve data accuracy, consistency, and usability. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about data quality and enjoys working in a structured, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and maintain product information within the Product Information Management (PIM) system (e.g., enrichment data, classifications, publication triggers).
• Analyze and execute data corrections based on governance reports
• Support data governance and quality initiatives through regular reporting and validation.
• Assist during project roll-outs, especially during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in the development and documentation of processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with a PIM system (Informatica PIM preferred) - nice to have. If you don't have any experience with PIM - please read about it before our interviews :) 
• Previous contact with customers / stakeholders in the company.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Fast learner who can adapt to changes and solve problems autonomously.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks within a well-defined scope.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Informatics or Business is a plus.
