Role overview

We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Automated Tester to work withour media client on their Aggregated Metadata Platform team. The team areresponsible for surfacing detailed metadata on various products for consumption byother development teams.The focus of the role will be front-end testing, API testing and automation testing toinclude configuring the infrastructure, running the tests and deployingupdates/improvements inside AWS cloud technologies. We need someone with goodknowledge of professional software testing methodologies and practices who keen oncollaboration and communication and used to working in a cross-discipline teamcollaborating with all team members to deliver robust and quality software.The successful applicant will enjoy both automated and manual testing, be confidentwith front-end testing such as Selenium, Playwright or Cypress, experienced testingAPIs, have written BDD in Cucumber and have knowledge of Java or Groovy.

Experience

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or similar

work based experience.

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer ideally with a focus on media-

related projects.

• Very good working knowledge of standard software development frameworks,

techniques and methodologies.

• Experience with providing coaching and mentoring

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, contributing to the development of

business scenarios.

• Knowledge of software development tools and technologies.

• You are flexible and curious in your approach

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Additional information

Duration of the contract: until the end of March 2026 with the possibility of extension – contract FTC (full-time)
