The company serves a wide range of clients, including large enterprises and organizations with complex IT needs and provides modern IT infrastructures and scalable cloud solutions, such as SAP and AI, customized to clients’ requirements.
This role is focused on supporting the Regional Engagement Management in handling standardized contract requests of low to medium complexity, from opportunity qualification through to contract signature. The primary objective is to increase win probability and contribute to the achievement of sales, TCV, and margin targets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in German language is considered an asset
- Experience in processing managed services proposals
- Excellent knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to understand the Customer needs and transform requirements into solutions
- Ability to identify and implement Win/Win Solutions for internal or external Customers
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination and alignment between various individual departments and the sales departments within the scope of opportunity processing as per the LAP process.
- Creation and assurance of compliance requirements within the bid project plan.
- Responsible for the maintenance and documentation of project data.
- Ensuring the transfer of project responsibility to the T&T Manager after contract conclusion.
- Support of engagement management for complex offers in the areas of Documentation (PowerPoint; Word; Excel).
- Scheduling coordination, and Proposal tracking.
