We’re hiring a Product Designer who will be responsible for the end-to-end design across our iOS, Android, and web applications. This is a unique opportunity to define our user experience from the ground up and shape the look and feel of our product for years to come. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and clinical teams to create delightful, intuitive, and impactful experiences for our members and providers.

Responsibilities:

● Lead the design process from ideation to implementation for our consumer-facing mobile (iOS and Android) and web applications.

● Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

● Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.

● Develop, document, and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all platforms.

● Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

● Present and articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams and leadership.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design.

What we’re looking for

● 4+ years of experience designing and shipping successful consumer applications on iOS, Android, and web platforms.

● A strong portfolio showcasing your product design skills, including user research, interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving.

● Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining design systems.

● Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
