Project Coordinator
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Project Coordinator (PCO) or Project Management Officer (PMO) in IT-projects
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as PCO/PMO in managed services projects (e.g. managed network, hybrid infrastructure, managed workplace, SAP basis)
- Expert level in using the M365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams / SharePoint)
- Very good know-how using MS Project and SAP as end-user
- Very good understanding of project financial controlling and reporting activities
- High quality standard for own work, very good communication skills, and autonomous way of working
Certifications:
- Valid entry-level Project Management Certification (e.g. CAPM, Prince2 Foundation or higher)
Project description:
We are seeking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support a major account in a Managed Services / ITSM environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing supporting activities to the Account Executive as well as underlying Project Teams in one of our Key Accounts. This includes activities as defined in our standard PMO processes – administration of collaboration tools (MS Teams/SharePoint, Jira, Mail distribution lists), support for account processes: financial controlling, procurement, time-sheeting, tracking of LOP, staffing forecasts, status reporting, quality management for the account documentation, on-/offboarding, organization of meetings and travels – to name a few.
As Project Coordinator, you are working in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international context. Your expertise will help drive the stability and profitability of our major customer account.
Main responsibilities:
- Support for the account governance in alignment with the responsible Account Executive and Project Managers
- Support for the status reporting, financial controlling, time-sheeting, procurement tracking
- Support for Controlling & Monitoring activities, including tracking of List of Open Points (LOP), Risks, and Change Requests
- Administrative support for account members including on-/offboarding, organization of meetings and travels, creation of protocols and meeting minutes
