Salesforce CRM Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join customer’s Data Migration team as part of a major Salesforce CRM Implementation Program. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global digital transformation initiative for one of our leading clients in the EMEA, MX, and US time zones.

Role Overview:

As a Scrum Master for the Data Migration team, you will be supporting a key dependency team that collaborates with all mainstream workstreams, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud teams. This role is crucial to ensuring seamless integration and coordination across multiple teams during this multi-year transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Scrum Master for the Data Migration team within the Salesforce implementation program
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
  • Support the team in identifying and managing dependencies across multiple teams
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud teams
  • Remove impediments and foster continuous improvement and Agile best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments
  • Previous involvement in Salesforce CRM implementations
  • Strong skills in dependency mapping and management across cross-functional teams (it’s a must)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
