Requirements:

• You have a deep knowledge on Windows Client operating systems 
• You understand different installer technologies (NullSoft, Innosetup, InstallShield, Wise etc.) and know how to perform unattended installations, uninstallations and updates 
• You can analyze an unknown application and find ways to modify settings using PowerShell (turning off Autoupdates, Autostart etc.) and can integrate those into your software packages 
• You utilize PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT) regularly to create software packages and are familiar with its possibilities and commands 
• You can develop PowerShell Scripts to perform workplace related tasks (Remediation Scripts, Reportings, Configuration etc.) 
• You have good communication skills to clarify customer requirements with the key users and to support them in troubleshooting cases 
• You have experience in working in productive environments with all the required quality assurance around it (test processes etc.) and the deployment of software packages and configurations 
• You are not scared of developing and implementing new automations or optimizing existing automations to reduce efforts and keep up high quality standards 
• You have a good experience in working in M365 environments 
• You have experience with at least one of the following client management systems: Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Ivanti DSM 
• You have experience using ITSM Tools and processes
• You have basic ITIL knowledge 
• You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist or have a comparable qualification with professional experience in system administration
• You have experience in the administration of heterogeneous system landscapes 
• You enjoy a customer- and solution-oriented way of working
• You have good written and spoken English skills

• Good understanding of client configuration policies (Intune Policies, GPOs, etc.) 
• Experience with Entra ID and Active Directory management and automation 
• You have utilized Microsoft Graph before to create automations in M365 environments

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workplace Client IT Specialist with a focus on, but not limited to, application software packaging for Windows Clients with profound skills in Microsoft PowerShell and client operating systems to optimize the management of our highly automated client management infrastructure and ensure smooth daily operations of the workplace service for ourselves and our customers. Your expertise will help drive the stability and scalability of Client environments, ensuring they align with business goals.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth operation and support of our customers' heterogeneous system landscapes
• Software application packaging with PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit 
• Central client management (configuration, operation, patching, software distribution, driver management and image management)
