We are looking for a skilled Trend Micro Security Administrator to manage, optimize, and further develop our endpoint and server security infrastructure. The role primarily focuses on Trend Micro solutions (such as Apex One, Deep Security, or Cloud One) and also includes secondary responsibilities related to Microsoft 365 Security. You will work closely with internal teams and client environments to ensure the secure operation and continuous improvement of protection strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in threat detection, incident response, and policy management.

Main responsibilities:

System Monitoring & Operations

• Maintain and operate Trend Micro security platforms (Apex One, Deep Security/Cloud One)
• Monitor threat detections, perform incident investigations, and ensure up-to-date protection
• Apply updates, policies, and security controls to endpoint and server environments

Incident Handling

• Analyze and manage security incidents (Level 1 & 2) related to Trend Micro environments
• Collaborate with SOC teams for escalation and in-depth threat investigation
• Document incident response actions and outcomes

Policy & Configuration Management

• Define, maintain, and adjust security policies within Trend Micro platforms
• Align configurations with current threat intelligence and organizational requirements
• Review and validate security settings regularly

Technical Integration

• Support integration with centralized logging, SIEM, and response systems
• Assist in deployment and configuration across hybrid environments (on-prem/cloud)

Documentation & RCA

• Maintain technical documentation, change logs, and process records
• Participate in Root Cause Analyses and define preventive actions

Required Skills & Qualifications
Primary: Trend Micro Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Trend Micro Apex One, Deep Security, or Cloud One
• Proficient in policy management, agent rollout, incident analysis, and remediation
• Familiarity with integrating Trend Micro into enterprise monitoring and response environments

Secondary: Microsoft 365 Security Knowledge

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and M365 compliance tools
• Ability to support and troubleshoot Microsoft security configurations if required

Additional Competencies

• Solid understanding of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) and basic Azure knowledge
• Experience in handling incidents, performing threat analysis, and RCA methodology
• Strong documentation and communication skills, ideally with familiarity in ITIL environments
