Main responsibilities:

• Multilingual Team Collaboration: Work effectively in multilingual teams, focusing on process optimization and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Quality & Information Security Systems: Implement and manage quality management and information security management systems. Lead service center transition projects and drive initiatives to improve information confidentiality and availability
• Information Management: Create and maintain information management repositories and documents. Implement technological platforms like SharePoint and Confluence for knowledge management. Maintaining of process documents in different tools
• Quality Management & Audits: Lead internal and external audits, ensuring ISO compliance and driving continual improvement processes. Implement task automation to enhance efficiency (MS Power Automate)
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare management reports, monitor performance indicators, and analyze results to provide essential support for strategic decision-making
• Professional Skills: Demonstrate a collaborative, dynamic work style with strong initiative, quick learning ability, and excellent interpersonal skills. Be organized, responsible, and highly adaptable to change
