Knowledge & Content Specialist – Renewable Energy & IT

We partner with e-Mobility providers and renewable energy innovators to build scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms, accelerating digital transformation and driving sustainable growth.
We’re expanding our R&D team and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Knowledge & Content Specialist to structure, create, and manage technical knowledge assets across renewable energy and IT.
What you'll do:
- Organize knowledge: develop taxonomies, tag documents, and maintain knowledge repositories for easy retrieval.
- Write technical content: Write and refine technical articles, how-to guides, API docs, case studies, success stories, and research summaries- ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Research & analysis: Conduct literature reviews and competitive analyses on industry trends, standards, and technologies. Synthesize insights to inform both R&D and content strategy.
- Template creation: Design and maintain consistent document templates for internal and external communications.
- Review & edit documents: Edit and refine documents created by technical teams, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professional presentation.
- Publishing: Prepare and publish content for various platforms, ensuring professional formatting and accessibility in both digital and print formats.
- Knowledge base management: Regularly update the knowledge database: archive outdated information, highlight high-value content, and improve searchability (adding keywords, summaries, or cross-links).
- Collaboration: Liaise with technical teams, client partners, and leadership to capture requirements and translate complex concepts into actionable documentation.
- Project Coordination: Drive content initiatives end-to-end, identify gaps, propose new projects, coordinate cross-functional input, set timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
Apply if you have:
- Proven experience in research, literature reviews, and synthesizing technical information.
- Exceptional technical writing and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Hands-on knowledge management experience (e.g. SharePoint, wikis); expertise in tagging, metadata, and taxonomy design.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects- from planning through publication, coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, markdown editors, PDF/design tools (InDesign, Acrobat); basic HTML and AI-tool familiarity a plus.
- General interest in IT and a desire to grow within the industry.
