Job description

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring seamless operation, support, and compliance with SLAs in the heterogeneous server environments of our customers,
  • Troubleshooting and performance analysis of Windows servers,
  • Creation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in collaboration with the master technician,
  • Development and improvement of automation processes (Ansible, PowerShell),
  • Conducting automation workshops (KT workshops, training sessions).
