Team Coordinator (Embedded)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Software Project Lead, Scrum Masters, and Product Owner to plan and coordinate task
  • Translate high-level goals into detailed tasks for the team
  • Allocate tasks based on priorities, requirements, and team members’ interests
  • Define Scrum Goals and monitor progress, addressing any gaps
  • Increase Scrum Team efficiency and value output at the product level
  • Balance team needs with project and company priorities
  • Collect and act on team feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with project and company processes and guidelines
  • Work closely with the Project Manager
