About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Recruitment Team in Timișoara for a maternity cover – 1 year. In this role, you’ll be a key player in our recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, fellow recruiters, and project teams to find the best tech talent.
Current Opportunities
In close collaboration with our German partner, we are building a brand-new IT hub in Romania that will grow to over 100 specialists. This hub will deliver a wide range of infrastructure services across Europe. As part of this initiative, we are actively recruiting for diverse roles including technical support (1st, 2nd, and 3rd line), DevOps engineers, system administrators, cybersecurity professionals, and IT management roles. This is an exciting time to join Spyrosoft and take part in shaping a high-impact, high-growth project from the ground up.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in IT recruitment, ideally in an in-house or agency environment.
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) – both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
- Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment market trends.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Openness, adaptability, and a positive approach to challenges.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (partly from the office in Timișoara).
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for a variety of IT roles using various recruitment tools and channels.
- Perform initial screenings to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and project managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Employer Branding and People Operations teams to support recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
- Collect and manage candidate feedback and ensure timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
