Head of Microsoft Copilot

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software, AI, or data project delivery, with a minimum of 2 years in the Microsoft AI ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot tools, including M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI services, and data integrations
  • Proven presales expertise, with a track record of successful engagements and sales impact
  • Experience in leading AI or automation projects from discovery through to deployment
  • Familiarity with AI agent-based solutions and modern GenAI trends
  • Ability to translate business value into technical architecture
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client communication skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Project Description

We’re building a dedicated Microsoft Copilot practice at Spyrosoft, focusing on the delivery of intelligent, business-centric solutions for our global clients. This role is perfect for someone who combines hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership and presales skills, and who wants to shape impactful AI solutions using Microsoft’s rapidly evolving ecosystem – including M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI. You’ll work across industries, helping clients reimagine productivity, automate workflows, and unlock new business value through GenAI and agent-based architectures. As Head of Microsoft Copilot, you’ll take the driver’s seat – from discovery and ideation through to delivery and production deployment.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects using Microsoft Copilot tools and the wider Microsoft ecosystem
  • Translate business needs into AI-driven solutions using M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure services
  • Actively support the presales process: scoping, solution design, PoC creation, demos, and proposal development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Engineers, and Business Analysts
  • Integrate Microsoft AI solutions with client systems, blending low-code/no-code approaches with custom code where needed
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction on AI solution architecture
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as a trusted AI advisor
  • Monitor trends in the Microsoft AI landscape and contribute to the evolution of Spyrosoft’s offering
