- Experience in programming (Java) and scripting (Linux/Windows/SQL)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Workload Automation Specialist / Developer to design, develop and implement processes according to requirements in our Broadcom Automic Automation (UC4) software. Manage, optimize or adapt the existing workflows and advise and support internal and external customers. You will support the updating and modernization of the automation solution as well as its components and interfaces. You will work as a full member of the team and also ensure the operation of the environments, processes and components.
Responsibilites
- Automation of business processes / job batch management and continuous optimization of existing automation processes
- Conception, implementation and support of automation projects for our national and international customers
- Development of jobs based on Unix, Windows, Powershell or SQL
- Ensuring the operation of the scheduling landscape and processes, as well as error analysis and troubleshooting in the event of malfunctions (also in the on-call model (7×24))
- Supporting and advising internal and external customers on the mapping of business processes
- Updating and modernizing the automation solution, as well as its components and interfaces
