Cybersecurity Engineer
Requirements:
- Knowledge on Cryptography, Secure Boot knowledge, HSM technology, secure communication in embedded systems, secure storage, secure diagnostic, secure loggers and secure update techniques.
- Has knowledge on CSMS ie. based on ISO21434, IEC62443
- Is an experienced professional that performs activities and produces work products as detailed in the Cybersecurity Plan
- Very good knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434:2021 standard. and IEC62443
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity regulation, e.g. UNECE R155, R156, NIS2, NIST, TSA etc.
- Practicioner with cybersecurity verification and validation methods.
- Experienced in frameworks used for cybersecurity development for embedded systems
- Can execute assessment of cybersecurity work products.
- Can verify if work products comply with technical requirements defined by selected regulation or defined in assesed organization processes.
- Can prepare and execute process review in regards to CSMS
- Can provide solutions for closing process gaps in CSMS
Main responsibilities:
- Support our projects in the role of cybersecurity engineer for initial concept and system development, software products, and project setup for R&D or customer projects.
- Create, maintain and refine all artifacts around cybersecurity, e.g. development interface agreement (DIA), cybersecurity plans, cybersecurity requirements, cybersecurity concepts, technical architectures, requirements for hardware and software.
- Definition of the cybersecurity functions (specialty: function development)
- Perform cybersecurity analyses, e.g. TARA, HAZOP, Weakness analysis, Vulnerability analysis, Residula Risk analysis and support the development of suitable architectures.
- Present and defend cybersecurity concept and process to customers and auditors
- Implement and maintain a cybersecurity process and support the definition and improvement of processes, methods and tools for cybersecurity .
- Provide technical leadership for Cybersecurity Standards and Cybersecurity Analyses, including checking and approving analyses performed by others.
- Manage and perform tool and software classification and qualification.
- Prepare and support cybersecurity assessments and audits for cybersecurity relevant projects.
- Planing and supervision of cybersecurity tests execution.
- Assist in the development of new system features, components and algorithms that can be impacted by cybersecurity.
- Proactively engage project teams insuring cybersecurity is appropriately comprehended in product development process.
